By calling, texting, or requesting service from Juuz Jon Towing Recovery Corp, you agree that towing, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, and recovery services are subject to availability, location, vehicle condition, weather, traffic, and driver safety.
Any price, ETA, or service estimate provided by phone or text is not final until confirmed by our dispatcher or driver. The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup location, drop-off location, vehicle information, and access instructions.
Additional fees may apply for difficult access, blocked vehicles, accident scenes, winching, storage, waiting time, long-distance transport, no-key vehicles, unsafe locations, or incorrect service information.
Privacy Policy
We may collect basic contact and service information such as your name, phone number, pickup location, drop-off location, vehicle details, photos, and service notes.
This information is used to respond to your request, dispatch service, provide quotes, confirm ETA, complete towing or roadside service, and follow up about your request.
We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared only with our dispatcher, driver, service partners, payment providers, or when required by law.

Some vehicles, accident scenes, blocked vehicles, off-road conditions, unsafe locations, or special situations may require additional equipment, additional fees, or may be refused for safety reasons.
Juuz Jon Towing Recovery Corp is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, incorrect information, law enforcement restrictions, or circumstances outside our control.
